      Dora Doiron 1913-2009
      Dora Doiron, 96, wife of the late Léo Doiron of O'Bons Soins Residence, Shediac and formerly of Grand-Barachois passed away on Monday, December 21, 2009 at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born August 8, 1913 in Saint-André, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred Vienneau and the late Antoinette Cormier.
      She is survived by two daughters: Noëlla Gagnon (Jean-Guy) of Moncton, Antoinette Martin (Gérald) of Ottawa, ON, son Léo Paul (Delcia) of Grand-Barachois, eight grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and by many nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
      Besides her husband Léo (1944), she is also predeceased by an infant son Antoine, two brothers: Aurèle and Léo Vienneau and by three sisters: Évangeline, Hélèna and her twin Yvonne.
      Prior to her retirement, Dora was employed with Creaghan's Department Store for 12 years and was a past member of the Golden Age Club in Grand-Barachois.
      Visitation at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Tuesday, from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, from 9:30 a.m. until time of departure 10:40 a.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at Saint Henri Roman Catholic Church, Grand-Barachois. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
      Donations in Dora's memory may be made to the St. Henri Cemetery Fund, Grand-Barachois or to a charity of one's choice.
