Fowler, Garth Frederick:
Suddenly at his home in Ottawa, deeply mourned by his beloved partner, Elaine, his brother, Dexter (Viola) and his niece, Eilis. Garth will be missed by his family and his many friends in Ontario and Nova Scotia.
