      Woodstock, June 17 - The Methodist church was beautifully decorated last eve. Miss Annie CUPPLES, Woodstock, organist of the church for a number of years was united in the holy bonds of matrimony to Ernest HOLYOKE, son of the editor of the 'Woodstock Press', by Rev. Robert Crisp, pastor of the church. The groom was supported by Fred CARR of Presque Isle and Miss Josephine WATTS was bridesmaid. The bride was given away by her uncle, James WATTS of the 'Sentinel'. The ushers were James Watts, jr., John S. LEIGHTON, jr. and A.D. HOLYOKE. (see original for guests and gifts)

      Woodstock, June 14 - The marriage of two popular young people, both belonging to Woodstock, was solemized this eve. 6:45 o'clock in the Methodist church by the pastor, Rev. R.S. Crisp. The principals were Ernest HOLYOKE, foreman in one of the Garden Bros. drug stores, Woodstock and Annie CUPPLES only d/o Mrs. Elizabeth CUPPLES. The bride was accompanied to the altar by James WATTS. She was attended by Miss Josephine WATTS. The groomsman was Fred KERR. (see original)
