200 | Cameron family tree for Ann Campbell The family tree shows some descendants of Ann Campbell and Thomas Owen, especially the family of Charles Owen; but more importantly it shows Ann Cameron's ancestry back to Ewen Cameron of Locheil, 17th chief of Clan Cameron. The origin of this tree is unknown. It was given to me by Uncle Cambrige (Lemuel Cambridge Owen (19011-1984)) who believed it to be done by 'cousin' Minnie Maude Allison Owen (1883-1967), daughter of Charles Owen. The fact that it was done on what appears to be notebook paper of the kind used in schools and the comments in the lower right which were written in pencil compared to ink for the rest of the document, make me think this may have been a school project. If so, how would the author have obtained the information contained in the tree if not from Ann (Cameron) Campbell herself. | ||
