Bleesdell officiated and brought a comforting message to the sorrowing family and friends.  Hymns sung were "Lead Me to Calvary" and "Have Thine Own Way". Pallbearers were neighbors of the deceased, Harry Leadbetter, Sterling Collins, Paul Mattinson, Robert Tower (Jr.), and Douglas Mattinson. Interment was in Birch Grove Cemetery, Mt. John Porter officiated, reading portions of scripture from the Psalms and he spoke words of comfort to the bereaved family.  Hymns sung were favorites of the deceased, "Take Time To Be Holy" and "Break Thou the Bread of Life".  Pallbearers were Peter Wood, Lorne Wood, Lloyd Wood, Lester Fraser, Arthur Mattinson and Harry Leadbetter.  Interment was in Birch Grove Cemetery, Mt.
