    LEBLANC, DAMIEN P. - Damien P. LeBlanc, 82 of Saint-André-LeBlanc passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born in Saint-André January 18, 1927, he was the son of the late Pierre LeBlanc and the late Émilienne Bourgeois. Mr. LeBlanc was a heavy equipment operator with J. D. Irving Woodland prior to his retirement. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 57 years, Jeannine (Goguen) LeBlanc; two daughters: Rosaline Léger (Oscar) of Haute Aboujagane, Pierrette LeBlanc at home; three sons: Valeri (Françine) of Saint-André-LeBlanc, Jacques (Lucille) of Shediac, Michel (Monique) of Cormier Village; one sister Stella Cormier of Shediac, seven grandchildren: Réjean, Yves, Julie, Jason, Brandon, André, Denis, one great granddaughter Jolène and by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son Bernard; three brothers: Robert, Éloi, Emery; and by four sisters: Anita Cormier, Dorice Cormier, Délia Niles and Madeleine Vautour. No visitation by personal request. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Ste. Thérèse d'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap Pelé on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 10:30 am. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. If so desired, donations to the Dr. G. L. Dumont Hospital (oncology) or the Centre d'Habileté du Sud-Est would be appreciated.     1932-2020
    Jeannine LeBlanc, 88, of Cap-Pelé, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2020 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC, Moncton. Born in St.-André, NB, she was the daughter of the late Thaddée and Prémilia (Babineau) Goguen.
    She is survived by her five children: Rosaline Léger (Oscar) of Haute Aboujagane, Valeri (Francine) of Saint-André-LeBlanc, Jacques (Lucille) of Shediac, Michel (Monique) of Bas-Cap-Pelé and Pierrette LeBlanc of Cap-Pelé; five siblings: Léonard Goguen (Camilla Melanson) of Cap-Pelé, Aline Olver of Alberta, Roméo Goguen (Irène) of Saint-André-LeBlanc, Loretta LeBlanc (Clarence Cormier) of Grand-Barachois and Valmont Goguen (Florine) of Cap-Pelé; eight grandchildren: Réjean, Yves, Julie, Jason, Brandon, André, Denis and Michelle; six great-grandchildren: Jolène, Nicholas, Jade, Sophia, Jayin and Alrielle; as well as many nieces and nephews.
    Besides her parents, Jeannine was predeceased by her husband, Damien (2009); son, Bernard (1965); three sisters: Irène Bourque, Trissa Arsenault and Lorraine Durepos.
    By request, there will be no visitation. A private service will be held and live streamed on our Website on her obituary on Friday, November 13, 2020 at 2 pm.
    In memory of Jeannine, a contribution to the Canadian Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
    Cremation and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Shediac (532-3297).
