    MURRAY, BLAIR GEORGE 1927 - 2008 Blair George Murray, of Douglas, NB, husband of Roberta (Harding) Murray passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on August 30, 2008. Born July 24, 1927 in Tabusintac, NB, his parents, Peter and Ada (Wishart) Murray predeceased him. Prior to his retirement, Blair was the owner of Murray Housing Ltd. where he and those who worked with him built many custom homes. Blair spent his leisure hours enjoying curling and golfing. In his younger days he was an avid baseball and hockey player. Mostly, Grampy was the number one fan of his children, his grandchildren, and great-grandson. He spent many hours being active with them and cheering them on in their respective artistic and athletic pursuits. In addition to his wife, Roberta, Blair is survived by his children, Sharon (Paul Hollins) Murray, Karen (Peter) Carlisle of Fredericton, NB; Robert (Angie) Murray of Douglas, NB; five grandchildren, Andrea (Jonathan) Green, Ryan Murray, of Fredericton, NB; Seann Murray of Toronto, ON; Drew and Aaron Murray of Douglas, NB; one great-grandchild, Noah Thomas Green of Fredericton, NB; sister, Elaine Murray of Tabusintac, NB; several close sisters and brothers in-law; nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at Nashwaaksis United Church on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at 2 pm with Reverend George Feenstra officiating. Honourary Pallbearers are Archibald Cameron, Preston Hawkins, David Hildebrand, Jack Johnson, Bruce Wishart, and Clarke Wilcox. Internment will take place at a later date at Riverside Cemetery, Tabusintac, NB. In lieu of flowers, and for those who wish, remembrances made to the Nashwaaksis United Church Benevolent Fund, the Fredericton Food Bank, or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.     TABUSINTAC, NB - Mr. Ernest Robert Harding, husband of the late Derinda Harding of Tabusintac, NB, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2003 at Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 98. Born in Tabusintac, NB, son of the late William and Hannah (Strang) Harding. He was a retired Lumberman. He was a member of St. Andrew's United Church, Tabusintac, NB. He is survived by 10 daughters, Iva (Wilfred Agnew) of Harcourt, Roberta (Blair Murray) of Fredericton, Verna (Jim Trainor) or Miramichi, Tina (Eugene Clementi) of Toronto, Winnie (Sterling McAllister) of Toronto, Eva (Eric Juhola) of Toronto, Vera (Buddy Taylor) of Tabusintac, Darlene (Lee Murray) of Tabusintac, Lenore (Donald Harris) of Burnt Church, Patricia Harding of Miramichi; one son, Boyd (Debbie) of Plaster Rock; two sisters, Annie Harding of Plaster Rock, Mrs. Hazel Simpson of Tabusintac; one brother, Girvan, of Dalhousie; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Mr. Ernest R. Harding is resting at St. Andrew's United Church, Tabusintac, with visitation on Friday from 1-5 and 6-10. The Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 2p.m. from St. Andrew's United Church, Tabusintac, with Rev. Gay Smith officiating. Burial in Riverside Cemetery in the spring. At the request of the family, donations to I.W.K. Hospital, St. Andrew's United Church, or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
