    Bernice M. Hopper Bernice M. Hopper of Colpitts Settlement, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at the Moncton Hospital at the age of 76. Born in Prosser Brook, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Pearl (Prosser) Murray. She was a member of the First Elgin Baptist Church, a life member of the Elgin Women's Institute, and a member of Salisbury TOPS. She is survived by daughters, Donna Bannister (Eugene) and Judy Dunham (Curtis) both of Elgin; sons, Andrew (Dianne) and Peter both of Elgin; daughter-in-law, Lisa Bannister; sisters, Hilda Bannister of Moncton, Wilda Bannister (King) of Hillside, Reta Good (Raymond) of Steeves Mountain; 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Sherman Bannister; her second husband, Carman Hopper; daughter, Linda Woods; sons, Ronald and Christopher; sisters, Daisy, Rena, Eldora, Lillian; brothers, William and Lewis; granddaughter, Lisa; great grandson, Zachary. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Armstrong's Funeral Home, Petitcodiac, where visiting hours will be held Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. The funeral service will be held from First Elgin Baptist Church on Thursday, September 21, 2006 at 2pm, Pastor J. Hammond officiating. The burial will be held in New Elgin Cemetery. www.armstrongsfh.com
