    OXFORD - Mrs. Emma Jane MCCORMACK, one of Oxford's oldest citizens,
    passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Fred McIntosh, James
    Street, at the age of 91. She was the daughter of the late James and
    Susan Patton King and resided in Mt. Pleasant the greater part of her
    life. Her husband, C.M. McCormack, predeceased her 33 years ago. She
    was a member of the Oxford Baptist Church. The funeral service was
    conducted by Rev. John Porter with interment at Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
    She is survived by six sons, Alex, Franklin, Mass.; Harris, Truro;
    Douglas, East Brookfield, Mass.; Delbert, Stellarton; Vernon of Oxford
    and six daughters, Blanche, Mrs. Fred McIntosh, Oxford; Stella, Mrs.
    Fred Calquhoun, Little Harbor, Pictou; Laura McPhee, Gloucester, Mass.;
    Edith McDonald, New Glasgow; Zella, Mrs. Hugh Wallace, Philadelphia,
    Pa.; Fern, Mrs. Thomas Forsythe, Moncton; one step-daughter, Lucinda,
    Mrs. Merle Cook, N.H.; one sister, Anna, Mrs. Bedford Dickie, of Bass
    River, and two brothers, Elmer and Bert King of Oxford.
