    Eveline Cormier, 84, of Cap-Pelé, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Friday July 12, 2013 at the Dr.Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre. Born in St-Anselme on July 18th, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Adolphe and Anna (LeBlanc) LeBlanc.

    She is survived by six daughters: Ginette Cormier (Normand), Patricia Gallant (Donald), Cécile Cormier, Géralda Boudreau (Ronald) and Murielle Cormier, all of Cap-Pelé and Gloria LeBlanc (Victor) of Trois-Ruisseaux; two sons: Gérard (Stella) of Cap-Pelé and Roger (Nicole Melanson) of Grand-Barachois; two sisters: Dorothé Cormier of Cap-Pelé and Aline Bourque (Edgar) of Grand-Barachois; 14 grandchildren: Caroline, Lise, Réjean, Mathieu, Joël, Julie, Odette, Jérémie, Véronik, Monica, Céline, Janelle, Albert and Jesse; seven great-grandchildren: Yannick, Miguel, Mélanie, Chelsey, Rylan, Danica and Cédric; one great-great-granddaughter, Haily; a special family cat, Buddy, as well as several nieces and nephews.
    She is predeceased by her husband, Rodolphe Cormier (2011); five sisters: Nellie, Corinne, Rita, Rosanna and Clara; four brothers: Clifford, Gérard, Yvon and Charles.

    The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral Center, 2642 Acadie Rd., Cap Pelé (577-3297) on Tuesday, July 16th, 2013 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, from 9:30 a.m. until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Ste-Thérèse d'Avila R.C. Church, Cap-Pelé, on Thursday, July 17th, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the parish cemetery.
    In memory of Eveline, a contribution to the Dr.Georges-L. Dumont Hospital Foundation (palliative care) or to the Ste-Thérèse d’Avila R.C. cemetery in Cap-Pelé would be appreciated. Cremation and Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Frenette Funeral Center, Shediac.
