    Lorraine Vienneau
    1916-2012

    Lorraine Vienneau, 95, wife of late Léo J. Vienneau of Shediac, passed away on Thursday July 12, 2012 at the Dr.Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital. Born September 19, 1916 in Petit-Cap, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Marie (Bourque) Léger.
    Prior to her retirement she was a school teacher for 25 years. She was also a member of the Légion de Marie, Dames Chrétiennes, C.E.R.F., Renouveau Charismatique and volunteer at the Villa Providence.
    Lorraine will be sadly missed by her seven children: Thérèse, Jean-Marie (late Thérèse), Cécile Léger (late Albert) of Cocagne, Norbert (Marie), Gaëtane Goguen (Claude), Léo-Marie (Hélène) and an adoptive son, Guy-Marie Boudreau (Carolin) all of Shediac. One sister, Jeanne Landry (late Déry) of Shediac; one brother, Camille Léger, F.I.C. of LaPrairie, QC; 19 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild whom she all cherished.
    She is predeceased by an infant daughter, Jacinthe and a sister, Carmen (late Eugène) Boudreau.
    The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297). Visiting hours will be Sunday July 15th, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.ONLY. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's R.C.Church, 413 Main Street, Shediac, on Monday July 16 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
