    James Murdock Innes
    Jim was a member of the "Moncton Maroons" hockey team which were inducted into Moncton Sports Wall of Fame in March 1996. He was also a member of the Moncton Red Indians who were the Maritime Champs in 1932 and 1933. His cousin Harold Ingram also played on the team.

    From Betsy Innes, Feb 2009: Edna was a big woman, very skilled with her hand's, knitting, sewing, quilting, rug making; a charter member of many organizations, active traveller; strong woman; loved to play checkers with her great-grandchildren. Most of all she knew how to laugh until the tears ran down her cheeks.
    Edna's mother died when she was ten years old. Her siblings were 4, 6 and 8 years old. They had some housekeepers until Edna took charge. Edna told of her father taking her for rides in his carriage and of how the dog always got to go along.

    Edna was in grade 2 when they moved to 364 Robinson Street from Lutz Street. She remained in that house for the rest of her life. She shared the house with her sister, Mabel, when their boys were young.
