    ROBERTSON, GEORGE M. - 1920 - 2011 - Miramichi - George MacCallum Robertson, husband of Dorothy Robertson, of the Veterans' Wing of the Miramichi Senior Citizens Home, and formerly of Loggieville and Fredericton, passed away at his residence, on Monday morning, August 22, 2011, at the age of 91. Born in Tabusintac, on January 21, 1920, he was the son of the late Michael and Myrtle (MacCallum) Robertson. He was Christian by faith and was employed in the automotive business; a former employee of the W.S. Loggie Co. Ltd.; a retired employee of the Dept. of National Defense, at the former CFB Chatham. A Veteran of the Second World War, he served overseas with the R.C.A.F., Ferry Command Unit. He is survived by his wife, the former Dorothy MacDonald; one son, John Robertson (Nancy), of Utah, USA; three grandchildren, Natalie Perry (Glen), Jaclyn Crawmer (Justin), Charlene Petersen (Jimmy); one brother, Jack Robertson, of Tabusintac; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three sisters, Vera Robertson, Rhoda Robertson, Irma Duggan; four brothers, Leonard, Frank, Roy and Dan Robertson.
    Visitation will be at Adams Funeral Home Ltd., 140 King Street, Miramichi, on Thursday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held from the residence of Stephen MacDonald, 112 North Napan Road, on Friday, August 26, at 2 pm, conducted by Eric Morton and Jean Garvil. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Miramichi. As expressions of sympathy, donations to any charity of the donors' choice, would be appreciated by the family.     Dorothy E. Robertson 1918 – 2017
    Miramichi – Dorothy Erma (MacDonald) Robertson, wife of the late George M. Robertson of the Miramichi Senior Citizens Home and formerly of Loggieville, passed away at her residence on early Saturday morning, June 10, 2017 at the age of 98.
    Born in Bayside, NB on October 8, 1918, she was the daughter of the late John Barclay and Elizabeth Ellen (MacLean) MacDonald.  She was a homemaker and Christian by faith.
    Mrs. Robertson is survived by one son John Robertson (Nancy) of Salt Lake City, Utah; three grandchildren Natalie Perry (Glen), Jaclyn Robertson and Charlene Petersen (Jimmy), eight great grandchildren Trent and Tally Perry, Brooklyn and Jack, Durkes, Charlie, Holly and Rhett Petersen; three sisters Olive MacDonald, Bunny Fowlie and Norma Dodds; one brother Elwell MacDonald; numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her parents, husband George M. Robertson, two sisters Bertha and Eva, one brother Cloran.
    There will be no visitation by request.  A public funeral service will be held at Adams Funeral Home Chapel, 140 King St., Miramichi on Monday, July 3, 2017 at 11 am.  Interment will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery.

    Maybelle Irene Kaye, 83, daughter of the late Frank and Lucy Tremble passed away at the Moncton Hospital on Monday, May 22, 2006.
