    TINGLEY, ERNEST A. - 1950 - 2013 - The family of the late Ernest Adam Tingley would like to invite friends and relatives to join them for a Celebration of Life to honor their brother. Service to be held Sunday, September 29, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillsborough Baptist Church, 26 Braam Crescent (off Salem Road), Hillsborough, NB,
    Ernie was the son of the late Charles and Stella Tingley of Riverside-Albert, brother to Austin (Barb), Ivan, Terry (Kim), Barbara, Della (the late Garnett Steeves) and Loretta (Greg Weir). Ernie moved to Mississauga Ontario in 1969 where he met the love of his life, the late Florence (Goode) and became father to her six children: Mary Anne, Debbie, James, Paul, David and Paula. He had 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his wife, his parents, sister Beatrice and granddaughter Ashley.
    This service will be a time of fellowship and sharing of memories; floral tributes, donations or memorials are not expected – a light lunch will be served.

    Charles Everett Tingley 1921 - 2008 The death of Charles Everett Tingley, 86, of Moncton, formerly of Riverside-Albert, occurred at the Moncton Hospital on Friday, July 4, 2008, following a lengthy illness. Born October 27, 1921 in Midway, NB, he was the son of the late Darcey and Harriett (Gough) Tingley. Charlie lived a full, productive life; he was a hard worker who had been employed as a lumberman in his earlier years, served as a Private in the Army, a land surveyor with the Department of Transport and spent twenty-two years as an employee of Fundy National Park up to the date of his retirement at age 65. Charlie had a sharp wit and was always ready to share a good story or silly little joke with family and friends. He had a strong faith in God and was an honorary deacon of the Albert Baptist Church. He was a very gentle, kind man who will be fondly remembered by all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife, of 59 years, Stella (Cameron); sons, Austin (Barb) of Hillsborough, Ernie (Florence) of Mississauga, Ivan of Riverside-Albert and Terry (Kim) of Riverview; daughters, Barbara Spence (Larry) of Hillsborough, Della Steeves of Hillsborough, Loretta Weir (Greg) of Lower Coverdale; special grand-daughter, Tammy (Jason) of Riverview; two brothers, George (Elmonde) of Hillsborough and Arthur of Albert. He had 18 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by daughter Beatrice; grandson, Lawrence; brothers, Melvin, Willard and James; sisters, Marion and Alice. Resting at Albert County Funeral Home, Hopewell Cape, NB with visitation Monday, July 7, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. at Albert Baptist Church, Albert, NB with Pastor Tim Johnson officiating. Interment will be at Hopewell Cemetery, Hopewell Hill, NB. In Charlie's memory, donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Riverside Albert Baptist Church, or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.     TINGLEY, STELLA M. - 1932 – 2012 - Surrounded by her loving family, Stella M. Tingley, 79, of Moncton, formerly of Riverside-Albert, passed away at the Moncton Hospital on April 4, 2012, after a brief battle with cancer. Born in Millstream, Kings Co., NB on September 20, 1932, she was the daughter of the late William and Tressa (Steen) Cameron. Stella enjoyed a life-long passion for quilting and provided warmth and love to her large family and many others with her beautiful patchworks of art. Summer days were usually spent in the fields picking berries for tasty pies and preserves which she shared with loved ones and friends. In her later years, she developed a love of reading and will always be remembered as not just a Mom to her large family, but a Mom to many, all of whom will greatly miss her presence. She will be deeply missed by her sons Austin (Barb) of Edgett's Landing; Ernie of Mississauga; Ivan of Riverside-Albert and Terry (Kim) of Riverview; daughters Barbara Spence of Moncton; Della Steeves of Hillsborough and Loretta Weir (Greg) of Lower Coverdale. Brothers Hartley, Wesley, Robert, Charlie, Raymond and Clifford; sisters Margaret Berry, Vera Vail, Viola McKillop, Clara Cameron and Sharlene Smith, as well as her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Charlie, daughter Beatrice, and grandson Lawrence.
    Resting at Albert County Funeral Home, Hopewell Cape, NB with visitation Saturday, April 7, 2012 from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held Sunday, April 8, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. from the funeral home chapel with family friend Hugh Morrissey officiating. Interment will be at Hopewell Cemetery, Hopewell Hill, NB. In Stella’s memory, donations made to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital (Palliative Care) or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
