    F. Burton Tingley 1947-2008 F. Burton Tingley , 60, of the Jordan Lifecare Center, formerly of Cape Station, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2008 at the Nursing Home. Burton was born on September 2, 1947 the son of the late Everett and Maisie (Reid) Tingley. He was a member of the Lower Cape Baptist Church. He worked as a butcher and resided in Calgary until 1987, moving home after his illness. When he was able, Burton enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting and horseback riding and camping. He was also an avid sports fan, playing baseball, hockey and skiing. Most of all he loved being with his family. He will be remembered for his great sense of humour and for his practical jokes, he would tease anyone and everyone. After his struggles with his illness he was determined to be all he could be, not letting anything get in his way and overcame his disabilities with a great spirit. He was a true inspiration to his family and friends. He was always smiling and with his final good-bye "Burton is Finally A-1".
