    OULTON, FRANCES ANN - The death of Frances Ann Oulton of Saint John, NB, wife of the late Arnold S. Oulton, occurred on Monday, July 23, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late John William and Hilda (Ward) Redfern. Frances was an active member of Grand Bay Baptist Church. She had retired from Ocean Steel where she was employed for more than forty years. A loving mother, grandmother and a true friend, who will be greatly missed by her children: David (Patricia) Driscoll of Saint John, Donald (Leslee Shea) Driscoll of Sussex, NB and Margo (nee - Stackhouse) Whittaker of Rothesay, NB; a brother, David Redfern of Hampstead, NB; six grandchildren: Matthew (Catherine), Kendra, Morgan and Brendan Driscoll, and Kyle and Alyssa Whittaker; four step-grandchildren: Erin, Liam, Lauren (Julian) and Aidan Shea; one step-great-grandchild, Jayce Verheiji; and her best friend, Patricia Marshall. Predeceased by her parents, her husband, Arnold; previous husband, Fred Stackhouse; a brother, Paul Redfern; two half-brothers: Grant "Tex" and Jack Redfern; half-sister, Doris Daley. Resting at Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John West (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Tuesday from 7-9 pm and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Bay View Chapel on Thursday, July 26, 2007 at 11 am. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
