    PORTER, LEE DANIEL - The death of Lee Porter of Plaster Rock, occurred on March 3, 2004 at the Doctor Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton at the age of 72. Born in Two Brooks, he was the son of the late Sylvanus and Ruth (Lewis) Porter. He is survived by his companion Ellen Lagace; four daughters Janet (Richard) Knight of Coles Island, Susan (Allen) Rogers of Tinker, Sheila (Claude) Fitzherbert of Red Rapids and Brenda (Vaughn) Witherly of Piccadilly; two sons Doug (Lisa) Porter and Maxwell (Dawn) Porter all of Enterprise; two step-sons Paul (Francine) Lagace of Grand Falls and Bradley (Sabrina) Lagace of Plaster Rock; 23 grandchildren and four great grandchildren; three sisters Marjorie Ward of Plaster Rock, Sylvia Vandine of Spencerville, On. and Audrey Gauthier of North View; and one brother Michael (Barb) Porter of Plaster Rock. Predeceased by his parents, one brother Maxwell, three sisters Mary Ritchie, Vivian Tapley and Edna Tyczkowski. Resting at White's Chapel, Plaster Rock with visiting hours on Friday March 5 from 2-4 & 7-9PM. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday March 6 at 2PM from White's Chapel with Pastor Leonard Cousins officiating. Interment in the Burntland Brook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Shriners, Children's Wish Foundation or Canadian Cancer would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements by WHITE'S FUNERAL HOME, Perth-Andover, N.B.

    HARDING, JESSIE - Jessie Harding of Plaster Rock passed away at Tobique Valley Hospital on January 29, 2006 following a brief illness. Born on April 29, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Jane (Loggie) Bell and wife of the late Douglas Harding. She leaves behind her daughters, Ruby Kennedy of Odell, Janie Arseneau (Leo) of Linton Corner, Leta Crain (William) of Riverview, Elsie MacLeod (David) of Riverview, Mildred Harding of Plaster Rock; her sons Leslie Harding (Mavis) of Plaster Rock, Emerson Harding (Bonny) of Charlo, Aldon Harding (Frances) of Elkford, BC; 22 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren. Resting at Tobique Chapel in Plaster Rock with visitation on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9PM. Funeral service will be held Wednesday February 1, 2006 at 2PM from the Tobique Chapel. Rev. Ellen Flemming officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Tabusintac, NB in the spring. Arrangements by Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
