CHAPMAN, Harry George - 71, Amherst Head, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2004, in East Cumberland Memorial Hospital, Pugwash. Born in Amherst, he was a son of the former Ada (Atwood) Mason of Halifax and Linden, and the late Cecil Chapman. Surviving are mother, Ada; wife, the former Muriel McCarthy; daughter, Carolyn; sisters, Ruth, Pauline; brother, Russell; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by father, Harry; grandson, David Cameron, brother-in-law, Freddie; nephew, Terry Chapman. No visitation, memorial service 2 p.m. Saturday in Cumberland Memorial Chapel, Amherst, Rev. Morley Bentley officiating.
