    ALLEN Beulah Pearl
    (Member of Calvary Baptist Church for 53 years) Passed away peacefully on Saturday January 10, 2004 at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus, Ontario, in her 87th year. Daughter of the late Della and John Gorveatt of Tidnish, Nova Scotia. Beloved wife of the late Oscar Allen. Loving mother of Dolores Byrne and her husband James of Arthur, Ontario and Maurice and his wife Moira Allen of Kentville, Nova Scotia. Dear grandmother of Rachel, Adam and Rosemary Byrne. Sister of Arnold and his wife Frances Gorveatt of Amherst, Nova Scotia. Predeceased by her sister, Margaret Bowser and her brothers Floyd and Ralph Gorveatt. Sister-in-law of Barbara Gorveatt of Newfoundland and Kay Gorveatt of Port Williams, Nova Scotia. Relatives and friends may call at McINTOSH-ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King St. East, Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Tuesday January 13 from 7-9pm and on Thursday January 15, 2004 from 12 noon until time of service at 1pm. Interment Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens, Whitby, Ontario. Memorial donations in memory of Beulah may be made to The Gideons International in Canada.
