    The death of Albert Carman Siddall, age 78, of Aulac, NB, occurred on June 28, 2001 at the Westford Nursing Home, Port Elgin, NB. Born in Aulac, NB, on June 15, 1923, he was the son of the late Murray Gordon and Alberta (Bertie Chappell) Siddall of Aulac, NB. Carman's home was in Aulac where he had been employed by Enterprise Foundry and also Fort B. Greenhouses in his early years. Utilizing his entrepreneural skills, he was then self employed as he and his wife Ruby were owners and operators of Siddall's Grocery Store and Tantramar Trailer Park and Cabins. Carman was also employed by School District #2 as a bus driver for over twenty years. As well, Carman was a well known fisherman, gardener, mechanic, lover of animals - especially dogs and horses, and a lover of music. He was well known for his love and compassion for people, for his pleasant smile and sense of humor and especially for his love and concern for his family. Carman is survived by his wife Ruby (Fowler) Siddall of Aulac, NB; one son, Wayne (Joanne) Siddall of Point de Bute, NB; five daughters, Alberta (Bill) Forgave of Miramichi, NB, Connie (Irvan) Ward of Frosty Hollow, NB, Jean (Allison) Amos of Aulac, NB, Audrey (Winston) Hobbs of Halifax, NS, Nancy (Bruce) Fraser of Aulac, NB; one brother G. Burton Siddall of Sackville, NB; one sister, Marion G. Siddall of Dieppe, NB; 16 grandchildren, Ted, Kelley, Tyson, Stuart, Tammy, Steven, Kevin, Chris, Karen, Angie, Tina, Doris, Jedidiah, Joshua, Gus and George; five great grandchildren, Thomas, Maria, Kasidy, Eryn and Dillon; one nephew, Donald Eric Siddall of Moncton, NB. He was predeceased by an infant daughter and twin sons; one son, Donald Carman of Calgary, Alberta; two brothers, Donald Ernest Siddall of Aulac, NB and V. Gordon Siddall of Amherst, NS. Arrangements are
    entrusted to Campbell's Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, NB (364-8188). Visiting hours will be held from Campbell's Funeral Home on Saturday, June 30, 2001 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held from Campbell's Funeral Home on Sunday, July 1, 2001 at 2pm with Father Robert Leblanc officiating. Burial will follow the service at St. Mark's Anglican Church Cemetery, Mt. Whatley, NB. Donations in Carman's memory may be made to the Westford Nursing Home, Port Elgin, NB, St. Marks Anglican Church, Mt. Whatley, NB or the charity of ones choice.

    Ruby Lillian Siddall 1922 - 2004 SACKVILLE, NB - Ruby L. (Fowler) Siddall, of Sackville, N.B., passed away on Friday, October 22, 2004 at the Drew Nursing Home, Sackville, N.B. Born on October 10, 1922 in Mt. Whatley, N.B., she was the daughter of the late Charles and Alma (Gray) Fowler. Ruby attended Mount Allison University and was employed at Canada Car and Foundry Aircraft Plant in Amherst, N.S. Ruby and her husband Carman were owners and operators of Siddall's Grocery Store and Tantramar Trailer Park and Cabins. She was a member of St. Marks ACW and Church and lived a very productive life. She will be sadly missed by one son, Wayne (Joanne) Siddall of Point de Bute, N.B.; five daughters, Alberta Forgrave of Miramichi, N.B., Connie (Irvan) Ward of Frosty Hollow, N.B., Jean (Allison) Amos of Aulac, N.B., Audrey Siddall (Winston Hobbs) of Halifax, N.S., Nancy (Bruce) Fraser of Aulac, N.B. and daughter-in-law, Ella Mae (Donnie) of Calgary, Alberta; two sisters, Sadie Fowler of Mt. Whatley, N.B. and Margaret Buck of Moncton, N.B.; 16 grandchildren and their spouses; 11 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Carman Siddall of Aulac, N.B.; her son, Donald Carman of Calgary, Alberta; an infant daughter and twin sons; two sisters and six brothers. Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell's Funeral Home (364-8188). The funeral service will be held on Monday, October 25, 2004 at 2 PM at St. Marks Anglican Church, Mt. Whatley, N.B. with Father Rufus Onyewuchi officiating, assisted by Father Kevin Stockall. Burial will follow in St. Marks Cemetery. A time of fellowship and remembrance will be shared following the burial at the St. Marks Anglican Church Hall. Donations in Ruby's memory may be made to St. Marks Cemetery, St. Marks ACW or to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation Canada.

    The death of Murray G. SIDDALL of Aulac occurred Sunday at the Riverview Nursing Home, Parrsboro, N.S., after a lengthy illness. He was 94. Born in Westmorland Point, he was a son of the late George O. and Ella (Fillmore) Siddall. He was a farmer, and attended St. Mark's Anglican Church, Mount Whatley. He is survived by one daughter, Marion Siddall of Port Elgin; three sons, Carmen of Aulac, Gordon of Amherst, N.S., Bertram of Port Elgin; two sisters, Mrs. Jetta Jean MacLeod of Pugwash, N.S., Mrs. Vessie Smith of Ottawa, Ont.; eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren. The body is resting at the Jones Funeral Home, Sackville, from where the funeral will be held Wednesday at 4 p.m. Entombment will be in the Sackville cemetery receiving vault to await burial in the Anglican Church cemetery, Mount Whatley, in the spring.

    Mrs. Alberta SIDDALL, wife of Murray Siddall of Aulac, died in Sackville Memorial Hospital here Friday after a lengthy illness. She was 81. Born at Tidnish, N.S., she was a daughter of Burton Chappell of Tidnish and Mary (Ackles) Chappell of Tidnish and attended St. Mark's Anglican Church at Mount Whatley. She was a member of the AWC. She and her husband celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary two weeks ago. She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Miss Marion Siddall of Aulac; three sons, Gordon of Amherst, Burton of Salisbury, and Carman of Aulac; two sisters, Mrs. Greta Teed and Miss Eileen Chappell, both of Amherst; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. One son, Donald, died in 1951.
