    TEED, ANNE MARIE ALINA (nee Marchand)- Died peacefully at Shelburne District Hospital on the 2nd day of July, 2002. At age 53 and after a long battle with cancer she is now free to rest. Born in Arichat, Nova Scotia, she became a registered nurse and was devoted to the care and comfort of others. Anne is survived by her beloved husband Robert Gerald Teed; by two sisters: Marie (Brian Fraser) and Leona (John Meagher) both of Halifax, N.S.; and by four caring brothers: Peter of Toronto, ON; Leo (Raymonde) of Mississauga, ON; Alzear (Susan) of Petit de Gras, N.S.; and Clement "Joe" (Marie) of Barrie, ON; as well as many nieces and nephews. Anne was predeceased by her loving parents Robert William Marchand and Bernadette Marie (Boudreau) and baby brother Gustave. A funeral service for the Late Anne Teed will be held on Wednesday, 10th of July 2002 at 1:30pm in All Saint's Anglican Church-81 Main Street-Erin, ON. Cremation will have already taken place. After the service family will be receiving relatives and friends in the church hall. The committal of the cremated remains will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in memoriam for Anne. People not able to attend the service can sign the register book at www.funeral-cast.com and may view a broadcast of the service as of the Friday after. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the hospice volunteers at Orangeville Headwater Hospital and Shelburne District Hospital, as well as the congregation at All Saint's Anglican Church for their care and support during this trying time.
