    Daniel Charles "Danny" Ryan 1947 - 2009 Daniel Charles Ryan, 61, of Malden, NB, passed away peacefully at home on January 6, 2009 with his loving wife Gael at his bedside. Born in Framingham, Massachusetts, he was a son of the late Robert Hamilton Ryan Sr. and Ruth (nee Cummings) Ryan. As well as being a successful antique dealer, he also had a passion for restoring century homes and a gift for composing classical music on his piano. Besides his mother, he will be sadly missed by his wife of 43 years, Gael; one son, Tory (April) of Moncton; daughter, Danette Ryan of Dieppe (special friend, Troy MacKinnon); two brothers, Norman (Betty) and Robert Jr.; two sisters, Linda Ryan, and Roberta (Monty) Chapman, all of the US; four grandchildren, Dylan, Devon, Benjamin, and Nicole. Danny was predeceased by his father, and a younger brother, Dennis. Danny's remains have been entrusted into the care and supervision of Jones Funeral Home (3 West Main Street, Port Elgin, 538-2241). His family will welcome visitors to the funeral home 7 to 9 p.m on Thursday, January 8, 2009. A funeral service will be held at 11 am from the funeral home on Friday, January, 9, 2009.     SACKVILLE, N.B.- Connie Bowser, age 78, of Kingwood Manor in Sackville, N.B. and formerly of Point de Bute, N.B., passed away at the Sackville Memorial Hospital on Saturday, February 14, 2004, after a lengthy illness and she is now at peace. Born in Yarmouth, N.S. on August 1, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Archie and Eliza Horton. Connie was a member of St. Mark's Anglican Church in Mt. Whatley, N.B. and was a member of the A.C.W. Connie is survived by her children, Elizabeth (Robert) Bowser of Jolicure, N.B. and Gerald (Paulette) Swimm of Mt. Whatley, N.B.; grandchildren, April (Tory) Ryan, Mark (April) Bowser, Denise (Jay) Sears and Graham (Paulette) Bowser; she also adored her six great grandchildren, Benjamin and Nicole Ryan, Tomas and Trent Bowser and Morgan and Ria Sears. She was predeceased by her second husband, Earl J. Bowser in 2001; sister, Hilda Chapman in 2002; first husband, Robie W. Swimm in 1964 and her parents, Archie and Eliza Horton. Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell's Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (364-8188). Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation by request of the family. A private family service is planned to honor her memory with a grave side committal in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations in Connie's memory may be made to St. Mark's Anglican Church in Mt. Whatley, N.B. or to the charity of one's choice.
