    Bona gives his birth year as 1646 and says that he was born in France. White gives a birth year of abt 1647 and no birth location.

    From S. White: Anonymous material sent to M de Pontchartrain indicated that Etienne had bought part of Hog Island from Jacques Bourgeosi and part of it from Francois Broussard.
