    Aurele W LeBlanc
    1934 – 2024

    It is with sadness we announce the passing of Aurele William Leblanc, age 89, of Petit Cap, NB.  Aurele passed away at the Villa Providence, Shediac, on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
    Born in Petit Cap, he was a son of the late William and Margaret (Bourque) LeBlanc.
    He was a boat builder for Gerald Duguay Boat Building, retiring in his 60's.
    He is sadly missed by his children Billy (Camilla) Richard, Shediac, Aurella LeBlanc (dec. Alyre), Moncton, Ovila (Dorothy), Cap Pelé, Robert, Maccan, NS, Justine (Rejean), Cap Pelé, Jeffrine, Petit-Cap, Mike (Audrey), Charlottetown, PEI, and Betty Gautreau, Shediac; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
    He was predeceased by his wife Leona; son Alfred; daughter Theresa Fougere; siblings Diana Legere, Doris Donelle, Vitaline Lorette, Hazel Cormier, Gérard Leblanc, and Ovila.
    Arrangements have been entrusted to the Jones Funeral Home, Sackville and Port Elgin, NB.  There will be no visitation or Funeral Mass at this time.  A graveside service for his family will be held in the St. Timothee Roman Catholic Church Parish Cemetery, Greater Shemogue, in the spring.
    For those who wish to do so, memorials may be sent to a charity of your choice.
