    TERRIO, John G. "Jackie" - Antrim, Halifax Co., passed away Thursday, July 26, 2007, at his home. Born in Joggins, Cumberland Co., he was the son of the late Arthur and Ethel (Ludbrook) Terrio. He was a welder specializing in underwater welding and worked in the trade most of his life. Jackie was a resident of Antrim for the past 12 years and enjoyed fishing and nature. He was respected by his neighbours and loved his dogs. Surviving are his wife, the former Rita Morris; daughter, Kathy (Chris) Savary, Aylesford Lake; sons, John (Michelle), Maitland; Art (Julie), Green Oaks; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Emmy, River Hebert; Carolyn, Halifax. No visitation by request. A celebration of his life will be held Wednesday, August 1, at 2 p.m. in Ettinger Funeral Chapel, 2812 Main St., Shubenacadie. Donations may be made to the SPCA.     Died:
    From Patrick McQuarrie: JP Theriault was violently kicked in the stomach while freshenng horses for a coach/post. After a few days, with his diminishing condition, the doctor was called again. The doctor determined that his appendix had ruptured and performed an operation on the kitchen table. JP Theriault did not survive.
