    Weldon Bernard White

    January 16, 1928 – September 6, 2002
    Surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, September 6, 2002 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital at 74 years of age. Beloved husband of Elsie. Loving father of Sharon(Brian) Seniuk and Sandra (John). Predeceased by two infant sons. Cherished grandfather of Shannon, Holly and Jenna, and Christopher,Laura and Shaun. Survived by his brothers Gordon (Sophie) and Girvan (Myrna). Predeceased by his sisters Doris and Hazel. Will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Mr. White was a member of St. Alfred's Church. Weldon "Whitey" was a retired employee of General Motors. Mr. White is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Wednesday at 10:30 am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church at 11 am. Cremation. Visiting hours are Monday 7-9 pm and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 3 pm. Memorial remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. "Rest in peace, dad."

    White, Elsie Mary - Passed away peacefully on August 27, 2005 at the St. Catharines General Hospital surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late Weldon White. Loving mother of Sharon Seniuk (Brian), Sandra Taylor (John), Patsy Mallet (Fernand). Predeceased by two infant sons. Cherished and devoted grandmother of Shannon, Holly, Jenna, Christopher, Laura Shaun, Jason and Lisa. Survived by her brothers Arnold Burke, Stanley Burke, sisters Mrs. Dolores Despres, Mrs. Mildred White and Mrs. Evelyn McKay. Will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Elsie is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. Visitation will be held on Monday August 29, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Vigil Prayers will be said on Monday at 3 pm. Funeral Liturgy will be held on Tuesday August 30, 2005 at St. Alfred's at 9:30 am with cremation to follow. A reception will follow the service in St. Alfred's.
